With budget-friendly Wedding Coordination packages starting at just $650, we take care of the behind-the-scenes details so you can stay fully present. From finalizing your timeline and confirming vendors to managing setup and troubleshooting any last-minute hiccups, I’m there to make sure your day flows effortlessly. We’ll connect about 8-10 weeks before your wedding either in person or over Zoom to walk through your vision, craft a personalized timeline, and ensure every detail is in place. On the big day, we will be the main point of contact for vendors, guests, and your wedding party so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Happily Ever After - $650

The Perfect I Do - $950

From This Day Forward - $1350 

A La Carte Menu: 

Additional Day-of Hours: $50/per hour 

Ceremony Rehearsal Service: $175 

Additional Day-of Coordinator Assistants (on-site day-of for up to 6-8 hours of service): $250/per assistant 

Post Wedding Brunch Setup + Management: $250 

Bridal Shower, Luncheon or Engagement Party Setup + Management: $450 

Private Party/Corporate Event + Management: $500+ 

Floorplan Development Creation: $75 

Favor Assembly: $25/per hour 

RSVP + Guest List Management: $85 

Holiday Fee: $500+

Travel Fee Notice: 

If your venue is location more than 45 minutes outside Columbus, OH, a travel fee will apply. This fee will be calculated based on the distance and any necessary accommodations, and will be discussed with you in advance. Additionally, if your ceremony and reception are help at two separate location more than 30 minutes apart, a $100 additional coordination fee will be added.
