  • Assistance with seating arrangements tailored to the couple’s needs and preferences (if applicable)

  • Additional vendor confirmations the week of the wedding

  • 6 hours of on-site coordination & assistance on the wedding day

  • Coordination of the bridal party & family before the ceremony

  • Supervision of the reception setup

  • An assistant day-of coordinator (as needed, per company and based on guest count - additional fees may apply)
