  • Final venue walkthrough (if within the 30 mile travel radius)

  • 10 hours of on-site coordination & assistance, including setup and breakdown (this package includes the lead coordinator and an assistant)

  • Oversight of vendor setup for both the ceremony and reception

  • Detailed coordination of key moments, including: first look, grand entrance, wedding toasts, speeches, special dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, and grand exit

  • Orchestration of all major reception events to ensure smooth transitions

  • Packing & organization of personal wedding items at the end of the night, ensuring they are with a designated person for a seamless wrap-up

  • Ceremony Rehearsal (if within the 30 mile travel radius)
